Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related finance program required.
Preferred: 10–16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related careers.
Preferred qualifications include Inter CA, Inter ICWAI, or CFA pursuit.
Work Experience Required: 10–16 years preferred in relevant finance and operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in the full corporate actions lifecycle including event setup, entitlement calculations, election processing, payment, reconciliations, fund accounting, and middle-office operations.
Skilled in resource management, risk mitigation, and performance-driven leadership within operational teams.
Familiarity with technology tools, AI, Agile frameworks, and process automation to drive efficiency and innovation.
