Lead the design, development, and delivery of machine learning, LLM, and agentic AI solutions for learner-facing products and internal workflows.
Own the reliability, cost, security, and performance of AI services in production and set engineering standards across the AI platform.
Mentor AI engineers and collaborate across teams to translate requirements into technical direction and incorporate emerging AI tools and techniques.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
2+ years of experience building and operating LLM-based or agentic systems in production.
Strong skills in Python, ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), agent and LLM frameworks (e.g. Microsoft Agent Framework), and MLOps experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Location: Bangalore, KA, India (Hybrid work).

Experienced pragmatic engineer who balances rapid experimentation with production-level rigor and leads technical decisions.
Proficient in architecting agentic workflows, including human-in-the-loop and multi-agent orchestration patterns with strong mentoring capability.
Familiar with data privacy, security, responsible AI principles, and capable of communicating complex ideas to non-specialists.
