Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java development is mandatory.
Strong core Java skills with expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and OAuth.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with build tools (Gradle, Maven), build platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity), Linux/Unix, and knowledge of container/orchestration technologies (Docker, OpenShift) plus Observability tools is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level Java developer comfortable working on both greenfield and legacy systems in a complex, global FX technology environment.
Experienced in cloud adoption and automation of testing and deployment pipelines to accelerate product delivery and reduce manual effort.
Skilled at driving technical standards, mentoring junior staff, and interfacing with SMEs to align technical solutions with business objectives in finance/trading domains.
