Own critical technical decisions and system-level trade-offs across software, electronics, controls, FPGA, cybersecurity, usability, and product performance.
Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams globally to translate clinical, hardware, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements into safe, scalable embedded solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related discipline.
12-14 years of professional software development experience including hands-on embedded product development and technical leadership in complex or safety-critical systems.
Expert-level embedded C and C++ programming skills; deep experience with microcontrollers, microprocessors, real-time operating systems, embedded Linux, device drivers, and hardware–software integration.
Work Flexibility: Onsite; Travel up to 10%
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong system architecture experience with capability to lead complex technical investigations and drive decisions from concept to product release.
Extensive hands-on expertise with debugging hardware-dependent embedded software using laboratory tools and disciplined root-cause analysis.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional global teams in regulated medical device environments.
