Lead end-to-end VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments including planning, configuration, and management domain and workload domain design.
Manage and troubleshoot VCF components such as NSX-T, vSAN, vSphere, SDDC Manager, and Aria Suite; automate Day-2 operations using Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs.
Collaborate on VCF design blueprints, provide technical documentation, mentor junior engineers on VCF technologies, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout projects.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years experience in virtualization and cloud infrastructure; minimum 3+ years hands-on experience deploying and managing VMware Cloud Foundation in production.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep expertise with SDDC Manager, NSX-T, vSAN, vSphere 7/8, and Aria components; skills in Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (PowerCLI, Bash, Python).
VMware certifications such as VCP-VCF Administrator, VCP-DCV/NV/CMA or equivalent required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior engineer with demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle VCF deployments across compute, network, and storage domains.
Strong technical leader capable of mentoring junior engineers on complex VCF architectures and configurations.
Proficient in hybrid cloud and multi-cloud integration scenarios involving AVS, VMConAWS, Nutanix, and public cloud services (AWS/Azure).
