Cloud Automation Senior Devops Engineer

Design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve scalable, secure cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong focus on automation and infrastructure as code.

Own operational reliability and production support including participation in on-call rotations; enhance developer productivity and cost efficiency through automation with tools like Terraform, Python, and CI/CD pipelines (Tekton, ArgoCD).

Lead cloud security, compliance, modernization initiatives, and provide technical leadership influencing architecture decisions and platform strategy across large-scale enterprise cloud environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years professional experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related discipline, with 3+ years in senior technical or leadership roles.

Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM, etc.), Terraform, OpenShift, GitOps with ArgoCD, and Python scripting for automation.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant cloud/DevOps/engineering roles; Location: India (remote).

Experienced senior cloud engineer comfortable providing technical leadership and architectural guidance in complex enterprise cloud environments.

Deep expertise in GCP platform engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, and site reliability engineering practices.

Demonstrates operational focus on automation, resilience, security, cloud cost optimization, and cross-team stakeholder collaboration.
