Senior Analyst-Data Science (Machine Learning, Gen AI)

Develop analytical and machine learning models using transactional and behavioral data to identify customer intent and optimize cross-sell strategies for Commercial customers.

Work on problems related to intent identification, sequence mining, recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and Generative AI to impact customer acquisition and growth.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate advanced analytics and AI innovations into measurable business outcomes.

2–3 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or related quantitative fields.

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science).

Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills essential for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

Experience in customer intent modeling, sequence mining, recommendation systems, sequential data, NLP, or related techniques.

Experienced in applying advanced machine learning techniques, including modern recommendation and sequence-modeling methods, in a business context.

Comfortable working with large-scale, complex datasets to solve ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights for customer growth.

Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models, and emerging AI techniques relevant to personalization and customer engagement.
