Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients; prepare technical reports and mentor junior staff on modelling methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 14 years of experience in pedestrian and crowd simulation modelling for transportation transit facilities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban/Transportation Planning, Civil/Transportation Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
Proficiency with passenger modelling software (Legion, Viswalk, CAST, MassMotion) and programming languages such as Python and/or Excel VBA.
Work Experience Required: 8 to 14 years relevant experience in passenger behaviour simulation modelling for transit systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing both static and dynamic passenger modelling approaches with data analysis skills.
Strong background in transportation systems, crowd dynamics, and human factors applied to major transit facilities.
Demonstrated ability to engage clients directly, produce clear technical reports, and collaborate effectively across teams in an international and remote delivery context.
