Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or similar within complex or global organizations.
3+ years experience developing advanced dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma with skills in data modeling and row-level security.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and HRIS/HCM reporting with experience in querying, transforming, and visualizing complex datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating multi-source complex datasets into executive-level actionable insights and strategic decision support.
Skilled in advanced workforce analytics including predictive modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis to identify workforce risks and opportunities.
Comfortable leveraging AI, LLM tools, and modern data architectures for advanced analytics and creating compelling data-driven stories for senior leadership.
