Own end-to-end testing of embedded software for advanced industrial products including PLC controllers, vacuum pump controllers, and industrial communication modules.
Develop and maintain Python automation frameworks to enhance regression test coverage and integrate automated tests into CI pipelines like TeamCity and Jenkins.
Lead defect analysis, test execution, and quality assurance processes, including mentoring peers and improving QA practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in software testing with embedded systems and Python automation.
Experience with embedded hardware, industrial communication protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen), and functional/integration/regression testing.
Proficiency with test management tools like Jira Xray, defect tracking, and continuous integration systems (TeamCity, Jenkins).
Work Location: Pune, India (Hybrid work model)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on embedded system testing including hardware-in-the-loop and physical hardware environments.
Technical leadership ability to independently prioritize and drive QA activities while mentoring junior engineers.
Familiar with continuous integration workflows and keen on improving QA automation tools and processes in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
