Manage and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems, primarily using GoAnywhere MFT, across multiple environments ensuring secure, reliable, and timely business file transfers.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell) for operational tasks including file searches, transfers, archiving, validation, and reporting.
Handle troubleshooting, incident/problem/change management, root-cause analysis, and coordinate with multiple teams for end-to-end file transfer issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of relevant work experience in MFT and integration engineering roles.
Proficiency with GoAnywhere MFT or similar tools (e.g. Globalscape MFT), PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server environments.
Experience with secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SMB and cloud storage platforms like Azure Blob Storage/Azure File Shares.
Work Location Flexibility: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai; Australian shift (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM) mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on administration and troubleshooting of MFT systems within enterprise-scale, security-sensitive environments.
Capable of designing and executing automation and orchestration workflows for file transfer operations using PowerShell scripting.
Comfortable operating in hybrid work environments with multi-location interaction and coordinating across application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
