Digital Software Engineer Senior Manager

Manage and deliver a professional software engineering team’s output focusing on volume, quality, timeliness, and strategic impact within the department.

Lead technical design, implementation, and deployment of software components with an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement of development and testing processes.

Own team management duties including resource planning, performance evaluation, mentoring, and setting leadership expectations aligned with organizational principles.

6-10 years of relevant Apps Development experience or senior Enterprise Architecture experience with SME capability.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, PCF, and Akamai is necessary.

Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in relevant technology roles.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor talent within an enterprise software development context.

Deep knowledge of technology patterns and practices, including algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud technologies, to serve as a functional SME.

Experienced in driving adoption of CI/CD best practices and automating code quality and performance testing in a regulated financial environment.
