5+ years of relevant experience in data science (conflict in JD: 3-6 and 5-7 years; senior level likely 5+).
Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
Certification in Databricks and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) mandatory or highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying statistical modeling and machine learning in dynamic sectors like fintech, e-commerce, or healthcare.
Proficient in building end-to-end data solutions and dashboards with strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Comfortable with experimental design techniques including A/B testing and strategic report generation.
