Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles while tracking Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability and team performance.
Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of professional experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coaching, or Agile Delivery roles.
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
Experience supporting Embedded Software Development projects in the Automotive domain.
Knowledge of Automotive Software Development Lifecycle and ASPICE processes, plus technical awareness of Embedded Systems and Automotive Cybersecurity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive embedded software environments with exposure to Agile delivery governance and continuous improvement.
Skilled in managing cross-team dependencies, facilitating distributed teams, and stakeholder communication in complex program contexts.
Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
