Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy specifically for AI-powered features within a B2B accounting software used by Indian MSMEs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Design teams to develop and launch AI/ML-driven product features, tracking performance via KPIs and user adoption metrics.
Drive continuous product improvements based on customer feedback and data, also partnering with Sales and Support to ensure product adoption.
Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of AI Product Management experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products.
Strong familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and AI/ML concepts.
Experience creating PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and working with product metrics and experimentation.
Engineering or Management degree from a top-tier institute (IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end AI product lifecycle in a tech product environment targeting MSME users.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams (Engineering, Data Science, ML) and non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Support).
Strong product sense with experience translating business problems into AI-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
