Manage a team responsible for ensuring products, materials, and manufacturing processes comply with global environmental regulations and customer requirements such as RoHS, REACH, PFAS, TSCA, SCIP, and Conflict Minerals.
Oversee supplier compliance data collection, risk assessments, reporting, and closing compliance gaps including validation of declarations and certifications.
Coordinate customer compliance inquiries, support audits, enhance compliance processes, and lead digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience in product environmental compliance, people management, customer handling, and project management in a manufacturing setup, preferably EMS industry.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, EEE, Electronics, or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years as specified; Location: Coimbatore.

Experienced environmental compliance professional with strong leadership skills managing teams in a manufacturing environment, ideally EMS industry.
Adept at handling customer and supplier interactions for compliance documentation and risk mitigation.
Capable of driving process improvements and automation initiatives related to environmental compliance reporting and data management.
