Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or related field.
4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or Data Science, with 3+ years Python software engineering experience.
At least 3 years in AI/ML engineering including 2+ years hands-on Generative AI/Agentic AI experience.
Proven deployment of at least 3 GenAI/Agentic AI projects; familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain or similar frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in fast-paced R&D environments focusing on GenAI and intelligent workflow orchestration.
Strong software engineering background combined with expertise in large language models and MLOps practices.
Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead technical solutions integrating multiple database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, vector, graph).
