Minimum Requirements
At least 6 years of relevant software engineering experience, ideally in Financial Services or Investment Banking domain.
Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise including microservices, REST APIs, and messaging technologies (Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience with integrating LLM-based AI systems into production backends, including use of agentic AI frameworks (e.g. Claude Agent SDK, LangChain).
Proficiency with AI integration concepts such as multi-agent workflows, orchestrator/subagent patterns, prompt engineering, and performance/scalability considerations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Java backend engineer with deep skills in microservices and distributed systems in financial services technology.
Demonstrated practical experience in building or extending AI-assisted software using large language model APIs and agentic AI frameworks, capable of designing complex multi-agent interactions.
Comfortable learning and experimenting with emerging agentic AI patterns and integrating AI workflows into scalable production systems.
