Design, implement, and maintain production-grade agent solutions in Python using OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, and LangFuse for multi-tenant services with tenant isolation and secure defaults.
Deliver scalable features with reliable CI/CD pipelines, automated and mutation testing, and operational excellence including incident response.
Collaborate actively in Agile processes and contribute to code quality, observability improvements, and documentation for the Retail planning agent team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech or MCA.
5 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Proficient with Python and experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, LangFuse, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering.
Experience building multi-tenant agent systems with secure defaults, benchmarking evaluation sets, and multi-agent orchestration (Worker, Supervisor, Fan-Out/Fan-In).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and deploying production-grade AI agent solutions with strong security and scalability considerations within retail or related domain environments.
Operates effectively in Agile teams with technical collaboration across DevOps and product management functions.
Demonstrates hands-on expertise in agent development tooling, testing strategies including mutation testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
