Design, build, and maintain production-grade agent solutions using Python with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
Deliver features for multi-tenant services ensuring tenant isolation, scalability, secure defaults, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing including mutation testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, incident response, and maintain high operational standards including monitoring and observability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s degree (ME/M.Tech or MCA) in a relevant field.
3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in Python, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, LangFuse, RAG, Prompt and Context Engineering.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mutation testing, and multi-agent orchestration concepts like Worker (Supervisor) and Concurrent (Fan-Out/Fan-In).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience delivering production systems using LangGraph and LangFuse with strong security and reliability focus.
Able to work effectively within Agile teams, collaborating with product managers and senior architects in a technical environment focused on AI-driven agentic systems.
Experienced in benchmarking, writing evaluators, and operational excellence tasks such as incident response and pipeline maintenance in production retail planning solutions.
