Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple Finance & Accounting processes including Record to Report, Banking Operations, FP&A, and Group Reporting.
Own end-to-end delivery excellence ensuring adherence to SLAs, operational controls, and driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
Manage the vertical as an independent business unit with P&L ownership, client relationship management at executive levels, and oversight of quality, risk, compliance, and people leadership.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in Finance & Accounting Operations with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles managing large teams.
Qualified accountant (CA/CMA/CPA) or Post Graduate in Finance.
Proven expertise with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or MS Dynamics.
Experience in Transformation, R2R operations, Treasury/Banking operations, and Risk & Controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large global FinOps teams in high-pressure environments with client-facing executive communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L management and ability to drive strategic business growth and expansion.
Proven capability in driving automation, digital initiatives and program management across complex financial operations.
