Design, develop, and support reporting and dashboards for State Street Alpha Services and Investment Management Services using BI tools like Jasper, WebFocus, Actuate, and eSpreadsheet.
Perform end-to-end requirement analysis, data gap analysis, and validation on complex financial data sets to deliver business intelligence reporting solutions.
Collaborate with operations, clients, and technology teams to deliver projects, develop data and functional requirements, and support user training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience analyzing, designing, and developing reports and dashboards using BI tools.
Strong knowledge of SQL with hands-on experience in Snowflake cloud platform, including query writing, optimization, and understanding of Snowflake concepts.
Experience working with large scale data warehouse solutions, data modeling, data governance models, and data quality implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex BI reporting environments involving large structured and semi-structured financial data sets requiring advanced SQL and Snowflake expertise.
Proficient in BI/reporting tool architecture and developing dashboards to meet complex reporting requirements in financial services domain.
Skilled in end-to-end business analysis including requirement gathering, data profiling, validation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in Agile or SDLC methodologies.
