About This Role

Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise applications using Java, Python, microservices, and cloud technologies.

Drive architectural decisions, troubleshoot production incidents ensuring SLA adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.

Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering practices.

Minimum Requirements

6-8 years of software development experience.

Proficiency in Java 11+, Python, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, microservices, AWS/Azure, SQL/NoSQL databases.

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or MCA degree.

Strong insurance domain knowledge explicitly required.

Experienced in leading technical design and architecture in enterprise-level software projects with measurable delivery impact.

Skilled in cloud-native development, CI/CD automation, and adoption of AI/GenAI tools within software engineering workflows.
