Lead end-to-end product costing and month-end production accounting for manufacturing and supply chain operations in India.
Serve as primary finance liaison for manufacturing sites and supply chain, ensuring accurate costing, reconciliations, and management reporting.
Drive data quality, process improvements, financial controls, and support pricing, inventory valuation and margin initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) or actively pursuing one.
Minimum 5 years experience in product costing, production accounting or manufacturing finance.
Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production costing modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing finance functions for manufacturing or supply chain within a global matrix environment.
Hands-on with SAP M-ERP costing tools and delivering process automation or data quality improvements.
Capable of providing financial controls compliance and decision support impacting manufacturing finance operations across time zones in a hybrid work setting.
