Business Analyst II

Lead due diligence, comparative analysis, and integration of structured and unstructured content sources to support business cases and content strategy.

Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for product and content leaders to inform operational and strategic decisions.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Revenue teams to analyze data usage trends and identify process improvements within content workflows.

3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or due diligence within consulting, financial, or corporate services industries.

Strong analytical skills with ability to work with complex data and produce actionable recommendations.

Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; experience with SQL/Python/R and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker) is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in information systems, statistics, computer science, business administration, or related field.

Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments, especially related to financial and corporate industries.

Familiarity with buy-side/sell-side workflows, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting domains.

Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration globally and work within Agile or similar product development frameworks.
