Senior Business Execution Consultant

Lead multiple concurrent strategic transformation projects focusing on automation, process optimization, and analytics within Wealth & Investment Management's Banking, Lending, and Trust sectors.

Serve as primary coordinator among business leaders, technology teams, and operations to identify opportunities, design and implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, and client experience.

Maintain strong project governance, documentation, and communicate project updates and recommendations to leadership, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery.

4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Consulting, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Analytics, or Automation.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in driving business transformation projects with hands-on expertise in automation, data analytics, and technical solutions like Python, SQL, Power Platform, and AI-enabled tools.

Familiar with banking, lending, trust, and wealth management operations, skilled in process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational excellence methodologies.

Capable of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high execution standards and effective communication with executive stakeholders.
