Manage Business Intelligence activities for Cash & Credit teams, including maintenance of MIS reports, monthly scorecards, BI dashboards, data visualization, and automation.
Build, publish, and enhance reporting frameworks using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and develop VBA macros or small automation solutions.
Extract, transform, and load credit risk data from SAP and Big Data sources; provide ad hoc analysis and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
4-5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably in O2C, credit risk, or financial services environment.
Proficiency with SAP modules (SAP BW, SAP HANA), Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), advanced SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView).
Ability to work specific shifts across various time zones and regions; no travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing BI and reporting within O2C or credit risk finance environments, demonstrating strong operational knowledge.
Skilled in technical BI tools and automation (SQL, VBA, Tableau, Power BI) with ability to improve data architecture and reporting efficiency.
Capable of working independently as an individual contributor across multiple geographies and collaborating with internal teams for driving fact-based decisions.
