Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in EHS consulting, environmental compliance, environmental auditing, or regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in environmental science, engineering, EHS, sustainability, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies with experience applying management-system standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 9001.
Professional audit certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) preferred; willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience independently conducting environmental, EHS, or management system audits in North America and EMEA markets.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders, with strong analytical skills and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with EHS regulatory compliance audits, management-system assessments, and use of digital tools or data analytics to support audit delivery.
