Assistant Vice President - Business Analytics

Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to identify patterns, trends, and insights for improving business planning, processes, and strategy.

Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations effectively to business partners and senior leaders to influence decisions and enhance strategic business opportunities.

Lead and coach teams, contribute to process improvements and new technique development within business analytics function, impacting project size and geographic scope.

5-8 years of experience, preferably in financial services analytics.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical, business strategy, project, and process management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to business partners and leaders.

Experienced in managing multiple complex analytics projects with significant business impact, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Background in financial services analytics with capability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.

Proven ability to lead teams and influence business decisions through data-driven advisory and collaboration with internal and external partners.
