Minimum Requirements
5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise Java applications.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, SQL (Oracle 19c), NoSQL (MongoDB), frontend JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins/GitHub).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to provide technical guidance and support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior individual contributor capable of independently managing complex Java backend and frontend features from requirements to production.
Experienced working in globally distributed Agile teams with strong emphasis on secure SDLC and corporate governance compliance.
Ability to mentor junior developers and act as SME on application functionality, security practices, and integration points.
