Minimum Requirements
5-8+ years professional experience in enterprise Java software engineering and systems analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, modern frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js), SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle 19c, MongoDB).
Experience with automated testing (unit/integration), CI/CD pipelines (Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins/GitHub), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior individual contributor with proven ability to lead complex feature development from requirement analysis to production.
Experience working with globally distributed Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Owners, QA, Technical Leads).
Strong focus on code quality, security best practices, and enterprise governance compliance within Financial Services domain is preferred but not mandatory.
