Product Program Manager

Lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity software development programs from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps, manage cross-functional coordination among engineering, product, legal, sales, and customer success teams, and oversee risk management and compliance.

Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to optimize program execution, reporting, and decision-making for improved program health visibility and efficiency.

8-10 years experience in technical/product roles managing large-scale software deployments and program/project/product management, with at least 6 years in software development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field is required.

Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).

Work Experience Required: 8-10 years; other explicit hard filters include ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and regulatory compliance.

Experienced in managing complex, enterprise-wide cybersecurity software programs with strategic influence on product roadmaps and technology investments.

Skilled at interfacing between technical and executive stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level communication.

Demonstrated use of AI-driven tools and automation in program management to improve operational efficiency and predictive analytics.
