Manage and lead a team of revenue accounting professionals responsible for US GAAP revenue recognition, accruals, receivables, reconciliations, and SOX controls.
Oversee and ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close activities, fee reserve analysis, account reconciliations, and regulatory/internal reporting deliverables.
Lead process re-engineering, standardization, automation initiatives, and implementation support within the Global Accounting Operations organization.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CPA/MBA-Finance.
6-8+ years of progressive experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting functions within major financial institutions.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, and strong experience in managing accounting teams and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Oracle Financials, and familiarity with financial analytics tools such as Hyperion Essbase, Tableau, or similar.

Experienced leader with expertise in revenue accounting and strong command over global regulatory frameworks and multi-geography financial processes.
Demonstrated success in managing accounting operations and driving process improvements and automation in a complex, multi-stakeholder finance environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across NA, EMEA, and APAC regions and independently make decisions impacting accounting and financial reporting.
