Minimum Requirements
At least 2+ years of relevant work experience in fraud operations or a related area.
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Ability to handle time-critical investigations under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or knowledge of fraud investigations and payment systems including SWIFT formatting is desirable though not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with a methodical, task-oriented approach and inquisitive nature.
Comfortable working in a structured environment involving governance reporting and procedural documentation.
