Coordinate and lead Saab Dynamics Business Unit Missile Systems' participation in EU, NATO, and other international defense collaborations and funding programs like EDF and EDA.
Shape strategic product portfolio by identifying and implementing EU and NATO initiatives in collaboration with product units and business area functions.
Provide project management oversight from design through start-up, ensuring projects deliver on time and within budget while leading and mentoring a professional team.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in international defense programs and collaborations is required.
Proven project management experience with strategic implementation and execution focus.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Security vetting clearance required; citizenship-related obligations may apply.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in navigating and influencing EU and NATO defense funding and program processes, such as EDF and EDA.
Ability to operate as central coordinator interfacing across multiple internal and external stakeholders globally.
Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams and driving cross-border, complex defense projects from concept to execution.
