Develop and maintain a unified automation solution across multiple platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, Wonderware) for the NPE division.
Provide automation expert support including service desk assistance and sales support within the NPE division.
Drive automation standardization and promote MES & Digital Products rollout, including facilitating HMI standards and providing engineering tools to divisions.
Minimum Requirements
7-12 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Dairy, Food, Beverages, or Brewery industry.
Proficiency in Siemens automation platform and programming languages such as SCL, STL; expertise in HMIs like WinCC (with scripting), Ignition, InTouch, or System Platform.
Experience working in agile product development and collaborating with remote teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead automation standardization and rollouts in diverse industrial environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with ability to interpret process P&ID and apply process automation standards (e.g., S88).
Experience with electrical/automation hardware including motors, VFDs, field instruments, and reading related drawings; comfortable working independently and supporting multi-location teams.
