Drive process improvement, maintain robust financial controls, lead impairment assessments, and manage Corporate Centre accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 14 years experience in group financial reporting, controllership, and statutory audits.
Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
Strong expertise in IFRS and working knowledge of SAP are required; knowledge of Dutch GAAP is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 14 years in relevant finance and controllership roles.

Proven team leadership managing up to 15 members with strong people and stakeholder management skills, interacting at Manager to Vice President levels.
Experienced in navigating complex global finance environments and senior stakeholder engagement across multiple countries and cultures.
Demonstrates technical accounting expertise, operational discipline, and ability to lead execution of finance transformation and process standardization.
