Assistant Manager

Own and manage the entire data lifecycle for occupier and GCC-related real estate datasets, ensuring high data integrity and governance.

Drive automation, reporting standardization, and scalable analytics across Tenant Representation teams and client accounts, improving reporting efficiency by ~30–40%.

Lead and manage a small team (1-2 juniors) and act as a program manager/SPOC for data-related initiatives impacting client deliverables and business development.

5–7+ years experience in data analytics, research, or consulting with exposure to commercial real estate; occupier/GCC focus preferred.

Experience with data governance, data lifecycle management and advanced analytics on leasing and market intelligence data.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau for dashboard building and automated reporting.

Work Experience Required: 5–7+ years in relevant fields.

Experienced in managing complex real estate datasets with a focus on occupier and GCC market analytics.

Demonstrated capability to improve reporting processes via automation and standardization, reducing turnaround times significantly.

Comfortable leading small teams and acting as key analytics liaison across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups.
