Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC compliance within financial services with progressive responsibility.
Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and related global regulatory requirements.

Experienced in managing KYC operations within financial services or related regulated environments such as Compliance, Risk, or Legal Operations.
Able to lead teams and collaborate globally across multiple stakeholders including General Counsel and compliance teams.
Skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
