Conduct discovery workshops with plant and maintenance leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and define AI use cases with clear, KPI-driven requirements.
Design integration workflows linking SAP modules (PP, PM, MM) with AI pipelines ensuring automated closed-loop actions such as SAP PM Maintenance Work Order creation.
Lead data readiness audits and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with plant engineering teams to validate AI model accuracy and drive adoption on the shop floor.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Automotive, Steel, FMCG, Pharma, or Heavy Manufacturing.
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong functional knowledge of at least two SAP modules among PP, PM, and MM with understanding of shop-floor to enterprise data flows.
Notice period up to 15 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating at the intersection of manufacturing operations and AI solution design, able to translate industrial problems into technical AI requirements.
Familiarity with the full AI/ML product lifecycle and SAP system integration to implement automated, closed-loop manufacturing workflows.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across shop-floor operators, engineering teams, and IT leadership.
