Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-5 years relevant experience in regulated environments such as biopharma, healthcare services, compliance, legal, finance, or consulting.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365, and document repositories (SharePoint/OneDrive, Adobe).
Local candidates preferred; in-person work at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, with shift timings 2:00-11:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-border contract workflows with compliance and regulatory focus.
Operationally strong individual capable of handling multiple priorities, maintaining SLAs, and delivering high-quality outputs consistently.
Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural environment involving diverse teams including Compliance, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Payments.
