Minimum Requirements
5–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably in complex, high-traffic product environments.
Proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven; experience with Microservices and Cloud technologies.
Proficiency in frontend technologies: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern build tools like Webpack and Jenkins.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) to explain technical concepts and influence stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack engineer with T-shaped skills covering frontend, backend, APIs, and data pipelines in a fintech or banking domain context (preferred).
Strong architectural and system design capability familiar with Enterprise Integration Patterns and microservice architectures.
Technical leader who proactively improves tooling, reduces technical debt, and optimizes CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery processes.
