Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years focused on LLM-based applications, RAG systems, or AI agent workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or closely related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building multi-step AI agent workflows with tool integrations and branching logic.
Strong background in prompt engineering and deep understanding of RAG architectures and embedding models.
Capability to deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML production systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance metrics.
