Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms; Experience working with recruitment targets and metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in recruiting for diverse functions and skill sets, preferably including international or Australian clients.
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment managing multiple priorities.
Background in RPO, Managed Recruitment Services, or staffing environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
