Own and manage the global people metrics catalogue, standardizing definitions and calculation logic for critical HR metrics like headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, and diversity.
Lead transformation from custom reporting to governed self-serve reporting with role-based access, supporting People & Culture leadership and Senior Leadership Team on monthly and quarterly cadences.
Establish and run people data governance framework, including data quality programmes, reconciliation with Finance, GDPR compliance, and maintenance of data lineage and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, workforce data, or enterprise data management, with at least 5 years leading teams.
Experience owning HR or workforce reporting in a large multinational with 50,000+ employees.
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting plus data lake/warehouse and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative, information systems, or business discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record delivering and enforcing a data governance framework that covers stewardship, decision rights, and data quality measurement.
Demonstrated ability to partner with business and functional leaders to define actionable measures and drive decision-making from reporting.
Experienced in reconciling workforce data with Finance and rationalizing report estates to enable self-serve reporting in large, complex, multi-region environments.
