Minimum Requirements
2-6 years experience in a high growth analytics team or related data analysis, data science, or statistics field.
Fluency in SQL and understanding of statistical analysis methods; basic query logic knowledge is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or 4+ years experience also acceptable).
Work Experience Required: 2-6 years in analytics/data analysis or related fields.

Experience working across multiple business domains like customer engagement, digital experience, merchandising, supply chain, financial services, and operations.
Proven ability to convert data analysis into actionable business outcomes and effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders including executive leadership.
Comfortable with agile, product-focused environments requiring quick insights, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
