Prepare accurate monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties, including general ledger close and client billing.
Manage cash operations, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and coordinate year-end audits for assigned properties.
Support accounting teams with real estate accounting software, financial schedules, and maintain mortgage/management agreements knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in General Ledger, Client Billing accounting, and Profit & Loss analysis; real estate accounting experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
On-site work location in Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational accounting within real estate or related domains, able to handle month-end closures and audits independently.
Comfortable managing multiple financial processes with attention to accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Capable of effective client communication and coordination with accounting teams.
