Digital Software Engineer Senior Manager

Manage and deliver high-quality software solutions, overseeing software design, implementation, deployment, and operational excellence within the team.

Lead and develop a professional team including hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and resource planning to optimize team performance.

Establish standards and coordinate with other departments to meet departmental and organizational objectives, including budget and policy planning responsibilities.

6-10 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or senior-level Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expertise.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, PCF, and Akamai and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, networking.

Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in related roles.

Experienced leader able to manage and develop teams in complex software engineering environments with measurable delivery impact.

Strong technical background in cloud technologies and software development best practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and automation.

Capable of influencing and collaborating across functions with demonstrated communication, diplomacy, and commercial awareness.
