Program manager

Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional transformation projects within the Customer Operations Transformation programme, ensuring delivery aligned with scope, timeline, budget, and benefits.

Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, governance structures, and performance reporting including KPIs and dashboards to support informed leadership decisions.

Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple stakeholders including Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Data & Technology, and third-party partners using Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional Project Management qualification preferred.

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, PMO, Business Transformation, or related area with proven ability managing complex, cross-functional programmes.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and MS Office; experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Location requirement: primary location in Gurugram; additional locations Bangalore Karle Town SEZ; flexible working is mentioned but no strict onsite demand specified.

Experienced in driving large-scale transformation initiatives in complex multinational or Global Capability Centre environments involving diverse stakeholder groups.

Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Customer Operations processes, with added advantage from Finance, Supply Chain, and digital automation transformation experience.

Capable of structured communication and governance execution, leveraging PMO discipline, data-driven decision-making, and Agile delivery approaches.
