Cargo Operations Officer - Delhi, India

Supervise and control cargo operations at the Delhi station/region ensuring safe, secure, compliant, and efficient inbound and outbound cargo movement.

Coordinate closely with Ground Handling Agents (GHAs), external service providers, and internal teams to maintain operational standards and compliance with IATA and local regulations.

Monitor service providers’ performance, manage cargo disruptions or emergencies, and escalate safety, security, or operational issues to regional or headquarters management.

Minimum 4 years of relevant job-related experience in air cargo operations.

Knowledge of Air Cargo Operations and detailed knowledge of IATA Cargo Handling mandatory.

High school qualification, vocational qualification, diploma or equivalent.

Legal rights to live and work in India required.

Experienced in supervising cargo station operations with direct operational impact and stakeholder coordination.

Skilled in managing compliance with local authorities and international regulations (IATA), with ability to escalate issues appropriately.

Capable of working with external providers and internal management to ensure safety, security, and service standards are met consistently.
